when booking your 1:1 moon reading, you will be prompted to complete a questionnaire. there you will be asked your birthdate, birth time, birth location, and the topics you would like to have addressed in your session. emily-rose will tailor your reading based on the information you share. for best results be as precise as possible, and don't be afraid to get deep!

sessions are highly conversational, so come ready to chat. we'll begin with a general overview of your birthchart. your birthchart is a two-dimensional image of the sky the minute you were born, from the location you were born. so much insight can be gained from the birthchart, it could be studied for years. for the sake of efficiency, emily-rose's sessions focus on the key traits of the zodiac signs of your moon (emotional world, body), sun (core identity), ascendant (motivation in this lifetime), otherwise known as "the big three" in astrology

once we have the foundations of your chart down, we'll deep dive into your natal moon and any major upcoming moon transits (full moon, new moon, eclipses) relevant to the questions you have. transits reveal key themes you could encounter in your life. an awareness of upcoming transits will help you work with the energy when it arises. emily-rose will guide you through how you might best work with the lunar energies specific to your chart. you'll likely want to write this information down, be sure to have a pen and paper on hand!
